This one is an O’Lantern, Longshadow & McCobb exclusive! A 100% cotton Halloween tablecloth screen-printed in the holiday’s classic colors - pumpkin orange and witching-hour black, and marked with the enchanted glyphs of late October - black cats, full moons, dangling spiders, laughing skulls, and flitting bats! We had it manufactured for us right here in New England at one of the last surviving textile mills in the region - a lovely old cave of a place still bravely humming along amid endless acres of hulking, red-brick ghosts in the spectral city of Fall River, Massachusetts.

The evocative design is of course by the marvelous Kipling West, and comes originally from the reverse side of the cards in the Halloween Tarot deck West created for US Games, Inc. (by the way, anyone with a fondness for unique tarot decks or unusual card games will find the US Games Web site, www.usgamesinc.com, an absolute treasure trove. It’s well worth a visit.)
